Find your last orders within the last 60 days on the 'BOOKING' then tap 'Orders' page by following these steps:
On the Globli homepage, open BOOKING menu
Click on Orders menu then click on the order history that you want to see in History tab
Or, you can also directly open your order history by clicking on the BOOKING tab on the Globli homepage. Make sure that you’re using the latest version of Globli App.
However, if you want to get more order history with 'Completed' status for the last 120 days, you can contact us directly on your Globli app. If you often use Globli services, you can download your order history regularly, like once a month.*Link only accessible when you open this page on your phone/tablet
We always try to find the nearest driver around the restaurant’s area so your Food order can be delivered immediately.
However, under certain conditions such as when the weather is bad, the limited number of drivers around certain areas cannot be avoided. When there are not enough food drivers around your favorite restaurant, you may see notifications below and cannot order Food delivery at that restaurant for a while.
This system is implemented to prevent the possibility of order cancellations after being confirmed by the restaurant because there are no food drivers available to deliver the orders. That way, you can immediately order from other restaurants if you want.
However, if you still want to order from that same restaurant, you can choose the Pickup method (if the restaurant has activated the Pickup feature) and take the order directly at the restaurant. Check out “How to pick up food order by myself” for more information.
You can also wait for a while and check it again after some time if you still want it to be delivered. You can order food delivery once food drivers are available around the restaurant’s area.
You can either toggle self pick-up at menu page for supported merchants, or you can scroll down to the carousels to find self pick-up. "Collect by yourself".
No need to worry about checking on your order as you will also receive a reminder when your food is almost ready for pick-up so you can start heading to the restaurant.
At the restaurant, skip the queue and head to the counter and provide your order ID shown on the app to the cashier or waiter. Once you have collected your food, please indicate this on the app by swiping right on the blue bar to indicate that you have collected your order.
Currently, we do not offer the ability to schedule a Self Pick-up order but this is coming soon! Now, when you place a Self Pick-up order, it will be sent to the merchant right away who will then start preparing your order.
Skip the queue if there is one and head to the counter to provide your order ID from the app. Once you have received your food, don’t forget to complete the order on the app by swiping that you’ve collected the food.
You can use the SERVICE navigation tool in-app by tapping on ‘DELIVERY’ then choose 'Food Delivery'. If you still cannot find the restaurant, we would advise you to call the restaurant for more specific directions.
We’re sorry that you had to wait longer than expected for your food to arrive. Rest assured that our delivery partners are doing their best to deliver your food in the shortest time possible.
If your estimated time of arrival (ETA) changed while waiting for your food to arrive, there are a few reasons why your order may be delayed.
Here are some reasons why your order may be delayed
The order wasn't immediately accepted by the merchant Some merchants might need more time to confirm your order. It could be due to peak hours, or they are understaffed at that time.
There are fewer available drivers During peak hours, public holidays, or bad weather days, there could be few available drivers on the road. It could take a while to allocate you the nearest available driver.
Merchants need more time to prepare the order During peak hours, merchants might need more time to prepare an order. Do note that it is also true for large orders.
There may be challenges on the road After picking up your order, drivers could face uncontrollable situations like bad weather, heavy traffic or even road accidents. In such cases, they might take longer to reach you.
There are also instances when drivers cannot locate you easily. Therefore, do ensure that you've provided the correct address and clear instructions to get to you.
Drivers may be handling multiple orders For delivery efficiency, orders near you may be grouped and delivered by a single driver. This process might involve multiple collections and deliveries. Therefore, your driver may need more time to reach you.
